Housing prices

Sacramento is in the middle of a crisis,  You hear about it every day.

I cant even go into a store without hearing someone talk about how they will never be able to own a house.

My question is this, If a developer set our to build large amounts of urban housing and decided to do it in such a way that he would be able to sell it at a somwhat affordable price, Would he be able to do it?

And if not why?

What do you think

Lets get it started!

OK so here it goes.

I'm here because I believe in Sacramento,  I'm here because I believe that we can be a truly great urban city.  I believe that I will play a major part in getting that done I'm my lifetime.

I love true urban-ism. (when it is done right)

I believe that one of the best ways to get us where we need to be as a city is the get the people active.

Lastly I believe that urban housing should be affordable. That urban life should be attainable not merely a place for those who have made it to the top.

Thus this site.

Please post your thoughts.  Lets talk about what is being proposed  what has Been built and what we want to see built in our city.   I'm interested in every ones thoughts about what it takes to get Sacramento on the map as a truly great place to live!

So I invite you to participate in our cause as residents of this great city and help create the vision that this city needs.

I heard a Quote once that said "Generally Men hit where they aim"   (I could use help with the author on this one)

So lets start aiming for ourselves and quit letting other people do it for  us.

We can get where we want to go as long as it is defined.  With out a definition we will get nowhere.

So lets go for it
